Your role @Chanel : In this role, you will serve as a team coordinator for the Insight and Foresight team, offering support on various aspects such as administrative support to the 3 Heads of Insight and Foresight, office management, budget management, roadmap updating.
What impact you can create at Chanel : Provide support to the 3 Heads of Insight and Foresight, and more broadly to the team through :

  • Administrative support to the 3 Heads :
    • Manage and adapt a busy agenda, understanding the priorities (sometimes it means reorganising time and space at the last minute)
    • Make travel arrangements according to calendar; observe context-related travel measures in real time (e.g. COVID, visas, ESTA, …) & company expenses policy. team trips abroad (meetings, etc.)
    • Expenses: Maintain diligent electronic record of receipts, process expenses in a timely manner and according to company policy.
    • Work in close partnership with the CEO office assistants (especially Chief of Staff and Global Head of Insight and Foresight’s assistant) and more generally the assistants’ community and internal stakeholders
  • Office management & team support
    • Contribute to the organisation of learning expeditions internationally (in coordination with regional teams)
    • Take notes during our main team meetings and make synthetic memos
    • Take care of our open space in Paris, and make sure our team meetings are great moments of gathering (space, food and beverage, etc.)
    • Manage team documentation
    • Proactively manage the organisation of our team life: afterworks, seminars (travels, hotels, food, …)
  • Budget management:
    • Administrative management of the budget, in coordination with our financial counterpart
    • Manage invoices and payments to suppliers via our Basware tool
  • Project roadmap and internal governance
    • Be connected with internal stakeholders to anticipate and retroplan from main Corporate meetings (MTP, LT meetings, FLC, RI,…)
    • Keep the roadmap of each practice of Insight and Foresight up to date at all times
